2024 Daylily Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to our Daymakers. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for YOU! If you need to make changes to your appointment, please give a notice of at least 1 business day to avoid cancelation fees.

We request a credit card on file in order to book your service.  Please give a notice of at least 1 business day if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.  Our Daymakers are excited to serve you, but if you don’t show up for your appointment or we don’t have time to fill your spot, they may not get paid. So, a no show or cancelation within 1 business day will result in a 50% charge for the service booked.

Online booking: If you book your appointment online, we require a 50% deposit on the service booked. The deposit will be applied at the time of your service. If you must cancel or make changes to the appointment, please give 1 day of business notice. Failure to give 1 day of business notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit for that service booked.

Confirmation Texts and/or Emails: As a courtesy, you may opt into emailed/text appointment confirmations.  A confirmation email/text will be sent to you with your appointment information the same day you book your appointment. This allows you to check and make sure we have the time and date correct for that upcoming appointment. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number on file so we can send you these important confirmations.

Reminder Texts and/or Emails: You may also opt-into text or email reminders. We will send out a short text/email reminding you of your appointment 2 days prior to your appointment. You can confirm your appointment directly through this text or email reminder as well. 

If you have not opted in to receive the reminder texts or emails, we will give a confirmation phone call to the number we have on file 1 day before your appointment. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancelation fees.

We also ask that you arrive 15 minutes before any spa services to ensure you have time to fill out any forms and use our amenities before your service time starts. If you arrive late to any service, we may ask you to reschedule as we need that time allotted to accomplish the full service, whether it is spa or hair related.  When possible, we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival,however, many of our services do not have the ability to do so.
