COVID-19 Response

Safety Procedures and Precautions

Updated 11.4.2020

We will be following social distancing guidelines by limiting the number of people in the salon, creating distance between stations, and reducing the amount of traffic inside Daylily. Also, we ask that you do not bring guests, including children into the salon during your service time.

Daymakers will wear masks for your protection, and Guests will be required to wear a mask. You may bring your own or Daylily will have them available. Proceeds from cloth masks will be donated to Charity Water.

Starting July 1, we are able to resume our shampoo and blow dry services!

Beverage service will continue to be temporarily suspended - you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like!

All Daymakers will have their temperature taken upon arrival at Daylily. For temperatures over 100.1°F or if they're experiencing other symptoms, Daymakers will be sent home. If Guests are experiencing any ill symptoms, we kindly request you reschedule your appointments and stay home.

During your visit, your Daymakers will help you schedule your next appointment and gather retail products to minimize contact. For contact-less checkout, please use our Pocket Salon app.

In an effort to keep you safe and healthy while in our salon, your Daymakers will be washing their hands before and after each guest. Every Daymaker has their own tools and will sanitize and clean them after each guest. We will also sanitize our station surfaces, products, and chairs between guests. Capes and towels are washed after each use. We have a designated cleaning list for each area of the salon and a sanitizing checklist every 15-30 minutes for surface and restroom cleaning. We also have shields at our guest service desk to minimize contact.
