At Daylily, we want everyone to look and feel their best—and that includes dads. Although the majority of our clientele base are women, we do offer services that cater to men as well! So this Father’s Day, we’d like to encourage you to keep us in mind for husbands, dads, and soon-to-be dads. Here are just a few ideas to get you started.
Our Daylily Dads may not always get recognized, but they do a lot of the behind-the-scenes work, constantly helping out when new shelving space is needed, a leaky faucet needs tightening, or even serving wine and desserts at our Annual Holiday Open House Events. Dads are always putting in hard work, and just like moms, their job doesn’t end at home.
That being said, booking a massage is the perfect way to relax. If you’re feeling extra generous, we recommend our highly-raved Hot Stone massage. Our massage therapists use a combination of light and firm pressure along with heated stones; the heat from the stones releases muscle tension and knots, without the firm pressure of a Deep Tissue massage.
This one may take a bit of coaxing for some, but we promise your dad will enjoy it. Similar to our regular Spa pedicure, this service begins with a custom Aveda Aroma Journey, followed by a foot soak, foot file and exfoliation, and any needed nail cleanup. Then, while he kicks back in a massage chair, he’ll receive a foot and lower leg massage, and the pedicure ends with a moisturizing foot masque and hot towels.
Not only do we want dads feeling their best, but we also want them looking their best. Just like any service at Daylily, you’re not just booking a service—you’re booking an experience. Our Men’s cuts include a scalp and shoulder massage, haircut (with either shears or clippers), wash at the shampoo bowl, and blow dry and style. They’ll leave our salon with a fresh and polished new ‘do.
We do carry Aveda haircare and body care products for men at both locations, as well as Bumble & bumble haircare products at our St. Cloud location.
